COMMON FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN MODIFIED INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY METRIC SPACES
In this paper, we introduce a new class of implicit functions and also common property (E.A) in modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and utilize the same to prove some common fixed point theorems in modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces besides discussing related results and illustrative examples. We are not aware of any paper dealing with such implicit functions in modified intuit...
متن کاملSome New Fixed Point Theorems in Fuzzy Metric Spaces
Motivated by Samet et al. [Nonlinear Anal., 75(4) (2012), 2154-2165], we introduce the notions of $alpha$-$phi$-fuzzy contractive mapping and $beta$-$psi$-fuzzy contractive mapping and prove two theorems which ensure the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for these two types of mappings. The presented theorems extend, generalize and improve the corresponding results given in the literature.
متن کاملSome Common Fixed Point Theorems in Partial Metric Spaces
Many problems in pure and applied mathematics reduce to a problem of common fixed point of some self-mapping operators which are defined on metric spaces. One of the generalizations of metric spaces is the partial metric space in which self-distance of points need not to be zero but the property of symmetric and modified version of triangle inequality is satisfied. In this paper, some well-know...
متن کاملSome Common Fixed Point Theorems in Fuzzy Metric Spaces
In this paper we prove the existence of common fixed points for a pair of self mappings under strict contractive conditions in the settings of a fuzzy metric space. Also we prove a common fixed point theorem for a quadruplet of self mappings in fuzzy metric space. متن کاملFixed Point Theorems In Dislocated Quasi-Metric Spaces
Some interesting properties of dislocated quasi-metric are obtained. Using these properties some fixed point theorems for contractions and Kannan mappings are derived dropping continuity condition imposed by F. M. Zeyada et al (The Arabian Journal for Science and Engineering, Volume 31, Number 1A, (2005), 111–114), C. T. Aage and J. N. Salunke (Applied Mathematical Sciences, Vol. 2,59 (2008) 29...
